For visa support, we ask you to send us as soon as possible an e-mail letter with the subject "VISA" to the address  with the following personal data required by the consulate:

1. First and last name, as it is stated in international passport

2. Date of birth

3. Place of birth

5. Country of citizenship

6. International Passport:

   • Number

   • Issuing authority

   • Date of issuing

   • Expiration date

   • Scanned copy of the first pages (with data and photo)

7. Home address

8. Organization (name, postal address, phone, fax)

9. Scientific degree

10. Occupation

11. Title and position

12. Spoken languages

13. Aim of visit

14. Your previous visits to Russia (When?)

15. Accompanying person (if wife, her maiden name too):

    • Last Name

    • First and Middle names

    • Date of birth

    • International Passport:

      • Number

      • Issuing authority

      • Date of issuing

      • Expiration date

      • Scanned copy of the first passport page (with data and photo)

Note! Only sites where Russian consulates are situated should be indicated.

Also you need to have the medical/life insurance.

Please, take into account, that the preparation of the visa supporting letter (including its processing in the Ministry of Foreign Affair) might take 2 months and even more. In the case of a mistake it will take already 4 months and go on. Thus, we need to start the preparation as soon as possible.
